Mika Kamiya - o01

I recently finished a manga called a Witch's printing office, and since I quite like the design of the main character I decided to draw a pose from the book. It came out better than I was expecting but I think I still struggle with eye placement, I've tried to get better with creating depth in my faces by practising planes from 3d models but I still have room to go in this aspect.
