I see a great attempt at using a high angle perspective to draw the stylised female character, it’s not an easy angle to work with. But I want to point out two things. Is the character looking slightly upwards at the camera? If so then we shouldn’t see too much of the top of the head. Another thing, might be a little harder to understand intuitively. The rings of the skirt, the part where she is wearing around her waist and the ends, it should be more circular, the edges of the rings should curve more. It’s hard to explain, but try drawing a circle/eclipse the waist and draw accordingly.
