Again, if I was to point out something that needs some work, then it would be to say that I feel a bit of the stiffness in the poses. Why don't you please loosen up with 31 seconds of 30 second poses???? (30 + 1 second poses)
And you know the reason why you could? Because it could help out on making your bodies less stiffer and more dynamic, vital, energetic, and fluid. Good luck from me to you. ;)
