Looks good! Try integrating strokes using the side of your stick to connect the shadow base more as an underlayer for your line work.

Nice job on yer face, aidanconklin. But I've got one small, smaller critique: your chin on your female expression (I think) is a teeny, teeny bit too pointy. And why? Because if you shrunk your face's chin in it's jaw in 30 seconds, then you'll get a much better action in your portrait, but otherwise, nicer job.
