Get ready for Inktober!

It's nearly Inktober! If you want to participate, the rules are simple:

For every day in October...

  1. Make a drawing in ink
  2. Post it online (you can put it in your Line of Action sketchbook!)
  3. Hashtag it with #inktober

You can draw anything you want! But if you need help coming up with an idea, here's the official list of prompts for each day:

Haha damn it, I’m terrible with ink! Guess this will give me an excuse to pick it up again.

Love Inktober!

I'm a writer, so me and an artist friend are doing a SciFi comic on his Instagram (@NguyeningIt). Check it out if this sounds interesting.

I'm pretty sure the LoA community will support you in that. Whatever keeps you creative and engaged with your practice is a good thing! :)

Anyone got some websites/books to recommend on inking techniques?
I'd like to take this opportunity to review the basics.
