I am not going for realism, the sahrp edges and angles are part of the style I am developing.

I really do like this angular style of yours, and the the cross-hatching compliments it nicely. In comparison, the face seems very soft. Have you practiced drawing heads in this style yet? I think it could really help to complete the look.
