You again did good job capturing the hands and figures.
There are several proportion errors (such as on figures 3 and 4), that look like they happened from being rushed.
I think you would benefit from giving yourself a little more time (maybe 5 minutes?) to position and size everything accurately. It's also perfectly okay to pause the time and correct things as needed ;)
Regarding heads, I would like to suggest learning some variation of the "Loomis" method as early as possible. A slightly simpler alternative is drawing the "Mask". Both approximate the size and shape of a head much better, as well as what direction it's facing.
