    Good first attempt.

    I'm currently taking figure drawing classes in college and what will help you the most is to start with the basics. Leave out color and shading entirely and try to identify the movement or gesture of the pose.

    Practice a lot with the tools on this site, and your figure drawings will drastically improve.

    You should subscribe to his channel, Proko. It features lots of helpful tutorials and is entertaining to watch. :)
