Hello,
I cannot be sure what area of your art you wish to be critiqued so take what I say with a grain of salt. I think that just with the sitting pose, I believe it is a bit stiff for a gestural drawing. My suggestion would be to still think of the entire figure as single line of action, despite that the figure is sitting down. Be a bit more bold with the line of action to loosen it up.
