Hey, you're doing great! Try looking at the photo of the pose you're drawing as just solids. I recommend pasting the photo into a program and drawing the solids and lines on the photo of the character. It's not cheating, and it helps a lot!
sorry for my english;p

Great work, shading looks good and there's nice attention to detail with the hands and feet. If you're looking to improve further I'd recommend practicing gestures on shorter timers; this will make your drawings more fluid and expressive. Perhaps do a few loose gesture sketches before the longer poses - you could also refine a quick gesture and it would make a great base to add all the details to.

Nice way how you captured his right fist and the folds on his right side. Is his left hip pulled back? May be you could emphasis the twist between torso and hips a little bit more determined?

I'll do my best to keep these comments in mind. I think I'm at a point where I want to focus more on anatomy after two more weeks of figure drawing

Proportions look ok. Some lines appear too thick especially in the face, the hands... It's a mistake I sometimes also do, when adding post-details there is a tendency to make strong marks but they break the balance of the overall linework. These stronger lines should be used to show what is in front
