I'd suggest learning about the structure of the head first and doing some specfic untimed studies on the planes of the face as this'll help you level up your 5 minute studies way more.

once you get the planes memorised, you'll be able to spend not even 30 seconds sketching out the structure then can go in with the details of the model.
