nice work so far and drawing everyday is a great idea. I would recommend to try drawing more loosely, including some 1m or 30 second gestures, and practice blocking in the masses of the head, torso, and hips first and working on getting them a) in the right proportions to each other, and b) in the right placement, as in thinking about the balance of the weight of the figure. think about a vertical line through the center of gravity of the figure, and would the head be to the left or right of that center of gravity, and how far? then same for torso and hips. also think about the position of the head over the hips.
In terms of getting more fluidity in your drawings i recommend looking up the Force method by Michael Mattesi.
One thing I see is that your upper body is generally too large in relation to the lower body (common mistake, i've been there), so keep learning to prioritize the overall shapes before smaller details (such as the specific shape of the hands and feet). good luck!
