Advises about anatomy, shading and inking

I worked on gesture then added anatomy and finished with inking. How can I improve the proportions between muscles, shading effect and quality strokes ?

The muscle details are to me look good! If you want to improve your gesture drawings to make them look less stiff. I would advise checking out Proko's gesture drawing playlist and when looking at a reference to identify visually what kind of curves would the pose make. Hope that helps!
