Hey! I think the shape of the eyes, nose, mouth and head is really good! I just think the eyes can be moved a bit down and the ear more up, :)) the top of the ear goes to the eyebrow and the bottom of the ear goes to the bottom of the nose, you can see Loomis sho it quite nicely in his books on how to draw the head.
