I've been drawing for a little over a year, but only recently have been trying to take practicing more seriously. I found this website and completed the tutorial. I had never really used lines of action before lol. I would really appreciate any tips or critiques! [sorry for poor image quality]

This is awesome, you have a good foundation and I can tell by your confident lines that you have been working hard! I think what you would benefit from going forward is just 1) doing more poses, you already are using boxes for the ribcage and pelvis so you are miles ahead of a lot of people its just expanding your visual library, 2) doing drawing studies of simplified anatomy, you should know some names and shapes of some muscles, and 3) specifying. The thing with art that you might already know is that you cant level up every skill at the same time, you kind of have to choose one focus for a bit before moving onto the next so going forward, if i was you, i would choose a time and try to have a goal for that study and repeat it. Common ones I see/use are:

    - getting a big marker and only drawing the shadows
    - using a limited amount of lines
    - only making the figure out of cylinders & boxes

Especially that last one for you I think. Lookng at your 5 minute study you have the box structure and the defining shapes of the hands and i see some cylinder shapes for the arms but it can be all more clear how the limbs connect/fit in the torso.
