Improvements to custom photos and playlists

Hi apprentice and master subscribers! I have some updates especially for you today.

Over the last few weeks, I have rebuilt how personal photos and custom playlists are handled. They should work much more smoothly and with much less lag now, as well as being generally easier to find. 

I have also raised the number of photos that can be placed in a custom playlist from 100 photos to 300 photos.
