For some reason, the LineofAction image upload form isn't working today.
(The upload button isn't showing up, and drag-and-drop isn't working either.)

Hmmmn. Is this the url of the page you're struggling with? https://line-of-action.com/art/add

If so, what browser are you using? I just uploaded some test images in chrome and then in firefox.

Yes, the URL is the same.
I'm using Firefox, but
it behaves the same way in Google Chrome as well.
It was working fine until the day before yesterday...
When I drag and drop, it just displays the local image file.

Odd! I don't believe anything was altered on our side at that time.
Do you know how to open the console? Do any errors show in there?

I can now upload files, but the “Contains nudity” checkbox and the “Add image” button don't seem to be showing up.

This image is blocked due to your privacy settings.
