I really like the painterly style you’re doing. I can find some rhythms in the longer poses. My only critique would be with your attempts at showing shadow. Maybe simply indicating the line of termination for shadows could yield you some more convincing and less messy results. The shadows you put in detract from the overall style (for me!). Great work

I am aware that adding thick lines to the shadows was a mistake (as seen in #12 and #23)—clearly unnecessary additions.
Perhaps I should avoid overemphasizing shadows and instead focus on expressing through brush pressure.
(Looking back at the thumbnails, the variation in line strength seen in #3 and #4 doesn't seem to be consistently maintained in #7 and beyond.)
