This is great work for under 2 minutes!! What I would recommend is using guidelines, they have helped me a ton with proportions!! Keep up the work!!!!

Thanks Cheerie ! That's a good suggestion, usually I feel like I don't have enough time, but that's something I should try even if I do not manage to finish the drawing. Food for thoughts !
