    i really like the defined curves in your sketches here, i think the bottom right is my favorite one :) something about how you draw curves in that sketch really makes the torso feel real and fluid!!

    it appears you are using the coil method to figure out foreshortening, which i think is a good approach! if you dont feel super confident in that may i also suggest using boxes? 

    for me personally i found cubes to be more 'objective' when it comes to perspective since circular objects can be a bit more free form. it helped me personally, so maybe that can help you on your perspective journey!

    Actually, I worked hard on force method by Mine Matesi, I really love the result (I have been improving my gesture since that post). But I don't know the coil method you are talking about.

    I don't like the boxes method, it feel so stiff to me that I prefer use the flow of rhythm.
