I have some trouble when the pose is stiff (front/back poses that have no twist nor bend) to find rhythm on it and doing assymetrical shapes to make the flow of force . Should i change the pose to force rhythm , and better shapes on it ? Our theres a better way ?

Yuriben,

If the pose you see lacks drama, draw it differently to add it. Photographers add drama once they are in the editing room because they are first working with a machine. You are working with a blank page; there are no rules. Wiggle out that hip more or thrust that shoulder so that the pose is more dynamic and expressive.

Also consider working bigger. One figure per page. It is not a waste of paper, because you can just tone the entire page and rework the toned page over and over again. Especially if you are working in charcoal, since that way (after your initial drawing on untoned paper) you are just drawing in the parts of the figure that capture the light with an eraser.
But by working bigger with no other figures around it, you have less spacial constraints, which can make your work lack the flow and force you are speaking of.

I hope this was helpful,

All of the best,
