    Time breakdown
    - min 1-2: First Stroke of the Day
    - pick one and practice it for 2 minutes
    - Min 3-4: Second Stroke of the day
    - pick another and practice it for 2 minutes
    - Min 5-7: Combine
    - use both for 3 minutes
    - Min 8-12: shape 1 & 2
    - Set up "Shapes & still life" : https://line-of-action.com/practice-tools/app#/still-life
    - settings: Basic shapes, single object, any orientation, Standard interval, 2 minutes, 2 images
    - Min 13-15: Just Sketch Objects
    - Similar to above but can use any of the sections
