Done as part of a practice session with poses of 1 hour in length. 150sec*24 My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid

I think your poses look great and have a lot of character. If you would like to improve the flow and dynamism of your drawings, may I suggest starting with a line of action if you are not already, as well as exaggerating the forms you see in front of you. Some times the real life pose is kind of boring, so pushing what you see can make your gesture drawings more dynamic.

Another thing can be to reduce the amount of time you draw for. While this may seem counter intuitive, drawing for less time can help you get rid of overthinking and be more free and loose. Your drawings may look worse initially but you are learning to draw lines more confidently, which will help stiffness in the long run.

I hope this critique is helpful for you. Happy drawing!
