    Hi there,

I have been studying figure drawing for few months with a big focus about energy through drawings (actually a better way to talk about stiff figure...)

Anyway, may one of you critique my 3 minutes drawings ?

    Thank you very much

Good: you find rather clean and abstracted outlines for the features of the figure.
To improve: Try to distance yourself a bit from the outlines and to indicate the simple 3-D building blocks, those outlines belong to, a bit more.

Also, I think your measurement of proportions is still a bit shaky (these hands look rather small, for example), but that is something that improves automatically during practice.

@aunt herbert, thank you very much for these advises.

I have been focusing on outlines only in order to avoid stiff figures. So, I will work now on 3D representation right now and check stiffiness latter.

    Thank you again

In order to improve at gesture, you must start from the beginning, which means doing 30 second drawings that contain nothing more than gesture (noodle figures basically, no form, no details). This will help you see the gesture so you can add form and outline to it later.
I think you don't have enough experience with gesture to be able to draw an "energetic" figure with form and outline yet.
Proko explains it better than me:
