I think you did a good job of capturing the gesture and angles (especially the front-facing leg).

The torso seems long compared to the limbs, so maybe some proportion adjustments. I’ve drawn this model before and it seems like the head/face and arms/hands don’t have the same visual weight as the torso and legs. The upper arm above the elbow (the extended arm) seems too short.

When looking at a source, I’m always comparing and measuring (how many heads long is this leg? Etc). And I’m noting negative space and angles where things meet.

Still, you did well capturing the whole figure in 10 min.

You did a good job for a pose with multiple angles for such a short time!
The legs seem a bit too short compared to the torso. It'd be useful to have a head of the person you're drawing be used for measurement. An average person has a height between 7 and 8 heads, with torso being around 3 heads long and legs being 3,5-4 heads long.

With that in mind you can check proportions of the person you drew anytime you want and fix it right away before starting on the details!

I'd advice you to check out a great video on proportions by Ryzhkin - English subtitles are available. He talks about and draws both male and female body proportions. You can use it as a guide, but also it's important to remember that people's bodies can be very diverse and not adhere to the set "standard" :)
