3 minutes sketches, trying to draw in volumes

Training in accordance with the comments I got on my previous exercise sheet, I am trying to draw the figures using only simple shapes in perspective. I'm not doing great yet, but it really helped me think about the volumes beyond the contours. So that's nice !  If you see recurring mistakes feel free to point them out, it is always very helpful.

Thanks ! I'll do my best :D

This is a huge improvement from the previous exercise sheet - the figures now have readable depth and proportions. Well done.

The poses themselves look quite dynamic, although the lines/shapes strike me as very rigid.
I'd like to see you abstract the simple shapes just a little bit, so they also reflect the shape of bodypart they represent.
For example, rather than a rigid cylinder for the upper arm, you might also indicate the position of the bicep with an ellipse (layered over it), and then draw the combined outline of the cylinder + ellipse. As you get more confident in the shape and position of the bicep, you'll learn to draw the correct overall shape intuitively with only a quick glance at the model.
Be sure to keep an eye on the overall proportions of the body while you sketch.

Secondly, when drawing the shapes for objects in perspective, the closer side of the shape should be visibly larger, and the shape itself foreshortened (legs on row1-figure4, arm on row2-figure2, torso on row1-figure6).

Thanks !

Indeed I was trying to limit myself to simple boxes and cylinders, but I should try to make them more "organic" in the future.

Thank you very much for your precise review of the foreshortening, I can clearly see the mistakes now ! On to a new week of exercises !
