My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form

Look, here's the problem. You've drawn a wonderful woman, compared to the two men next to her. Why is that? At the very least, because when you draw women, your lines are much smoother and made with just a couple of strokes (note the hands), while when you draw men, your lines are very uncertain and shaky. Try to draw the arms, legs, and other parts with fewer lines. The main thing is to capture the basic movement of the body. For example, you can draw a thigh with just a couple of lines, and then start refining it or draw the thigh as a closed, uneven shape, such as an oval, without lifting your pencil from the paper. So, comparing it to the woman, you traced the lines of her slope very well, whereas in drawing male figures you clearly got confused. Try to make yourself auxiliary lines or start drawing not a complete figure, but use a template (sketch the main line of movement, the chest, pelvis, head, and from there the lines of the limbs). Also, I strongly advise you to draw the structure through: on the man in the middle, you completely covered his body with fur/a coat or whatever it is, because of which it is not clear what is going on there, and because of this, the coat may lie very crookedly on the person, because you cannot see what volume you are putting it on. That is, first draw the structure, and only then draw the clothes on the person, so it will be easier for you to understand how they fit on the body. Well, and of course you have a big problem with proportions, which you want to solve. Proportions are more like a body construction diagram, which you then adjust to the figure you need, and in order to learn how to draw a figure according to proportions, it is better not only to draw figures for 2 minutes, copying from a photo, but to focus more on studying these very proportions, for example, the palm is equal to the length of the face, the torso together with the head is equal to the length of the legs (i.e., essentially half of the entire body is the legs), and so on. All of these proportions can be easily found in video tutorials on YouTube or in books on drawing. Once you have studied these proportions and understand what a simple sketch looks like, start practicing this sketch in quick 1-minute sketches so that you don't pay attention to details such as sagging skin on the arm, etc. Once you learn to draw a stick figure in 1 minute, managing to draw it in principle, and not so that you have not finished drawing a leg or arm, you can gradually reduce the time. This way, you will quickly learn to draw proportions (your eye will begin to notice where the arm is too long, where the leg is short, where the head is small, etc.), and after that, you can move on to a more detailed study of anatomy. I would attach a photo with my corrections on top of your work, but I don't know how to attach photos here, as this is my first time critiquing on this site... Also, I am not an English speaker, so I used a translator (sorry).
